Kelly Goodrich, LCSW

I specialize in helping adults overcome anxiety/OCD, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and problems in relationships and families. I began my career in the mental health field over a decade ago working as a direct care tech. I knew very early on that I wanted to do everything I could to better support those that were so inspiring to me on a daily basis. I have since gained experience in hospital’s inpatient psychiatric units, residential treatment centers for substance use, mood disorders, and eating disorders, intensive outpatient programs for anxiety and OCD, and general outpatient therapy for a wide range of life issues. I am continually blown away by the strength and courage I see in those that continue to do the difficult work for themselves, their loved ones, and their lives. I feel incredibly grateful and honored to be a part of those journeys of healing and growth.
My approach to healing is straightforward, warm, non-judgemental, and compassionate. I believe that a healthy balance in life is created when we are addressing our systems as a whole- body, mind, spirit, and environment. I am an LGBTQ+ ally and strive to provide a safe healing space for everyone I work with.
